A contributing property to the Old Georgetown Historic District, LXR Hall is an off-campus dormitory for upper-class Georgetown University students. Originally built in 1925, it was initially comprised of three buildings: Loyola, Xavier, and Ryder. The buildings were eventually renovated and connected to form one residential community. The hall features six floors, double, triple, and single occupancy rooms, a kitchen, music practice rooms, and seminar rooms.

The team also provided preconstruction services for facade renovation and HVAC upgrades. 百家乐软件 replaced 441 windows and 252 fan coil units 百家乐软件 worked closely with the Old Georgetown Board (OGB) as well the Georgetown University.
