AUGUSTA, ME –  Today’s ribbon-cutting celebrated Augusta, Maine’s new Capital Judicial Center and the completed renovations to the adjacent Kennebec Country Courthouse, originally built in 1830. 百家乐软件’s team joined the festivities, presided over by Governor Paul LePage, Maine Supreme Court Justice Joseph Jabar and Chief Justice Leigh Saufley.

The new 120,000-square-foot Center unifies court facilities from four previous Augusta locations, incorporating six courtrooms and administrative offices, and connects to the historic Kennebec Country Courthouse with a glass walkway.

“The building is built to serve the public for a century or more,” Sauffley said in a quote reported by the Portland Press Herald. “It is built so everywhere the public goes, there is wonderful light,” she said, praising PDT Architects and 百家乐软件 for their work.
